Thank you for filling out the onboarding application, Agent!
We're looking forward to working together with you.
Here is what you can expect next.
Onboarding Application and Vector Review
We will be reviewing your onboarding application and other details.
Once we have completed the review process, we will be in touch to let you know if we think it's a good idea to move forward together.
Make Sure You Are Set To Get OUR Messages
Make sure you add @trkingim.com and email@example.com to your address book in your email system.
TIP: If you use Gmail, drag emails from us to your Primary tab to avoid missing any other important emails!
This way, you get communication from us about your contracts, requested items, etc.
Phone Call & Carrier Portfolio
We will call you to discuss any additional details we need to confirm.
In the phone call & in an email, we will go over a list of insurance companies we put together for you based on the information you provided in the onboarding application.
We will also include instructions on how to ensure you get messages from our team and CRM system.
Included in the same email will be instructions to start the contracting process.
carriers in RED!!!
TIP: Any carriers in RED will have to be completed through the carrier-specific portal (Not In SureLC, Our Online Contracting System).
Please confirm in the "Carrier Portfolio" email by replying to us that you indeed want these insurance companies.
Your Commission Levels Email
Next, you will get another email titled "Your Commission Levels" with all the corresponding commission levels for the carriers recommended in the first email for your records.
The Ball Is In Your Court
After you receive those two emails and a phone call, it is time for YOU to start the contracting process, set up your agency, etc.
We will periodically check in with you to help keep you on track.
As you go through the process and become active, you will be getting lots of emails from insurance companies, our staff, and our system over the following weeks.
It will be a lot of information, but it's vital for you and your business.
If you have any questions, please don't hesitate to give us a call, email, or use the live chat.
